૧	ચાલો, ખ્રિસ્તી યોદ્ધા ! જાણે યુદ્ધની માંય,
	ખ્રિસ્તની પૂઠે ચાલો, દોરે છે તે જ્યાંય.
	ખ્રિસ્ત એ સેનાપતિ, શત્રુને જીતશે,
	ચાલો યુદ્ધમાં; ધજા આગળ વધે છે.

	સ્તુતિના પોકારથી ડોલે નર્કાસન,
	માટે મોટે સાદે ગાઓ જયકીર્તન.
૩	જગમાં ખ્રિસ્તનું મંડળ ચાલે છે જેમ ફોજ,
	ભાઈઓ, સંતો ચાલ્યા ચાલીએ તેમ રોજ.
	આપણે એક જ સંઘનાં, એક ચિત્તનાં છીએ,
	આશા, મત, પ્રીતિમાં સાથે ચાલીએ.
૪	તાજ ને તખ્ત નાશ પામે, ક્ષય રાજ્યનો થાય,
	તો પણ ખ્રિસ્તનું મંડળ સ્થિર રહેશે સદાય;
	કદી નર્કનાં સૈન્યો તેને નહિ જીતશે,
	ખ્રિસ્તે વચન આપ્યું, તે રદ નહિ જશે.
૫	માટે આવો, લોકો, હર્ષિત મંડળ માંય,
	જયનાં ગીત ગાવામાં અવાજ ભળી જાય;
	ગૌરવ, સ્તુતિ, સન્માન ઈસુને થાઓ,
	માણસો ને દૂતો સદાકાળ ગાઓ.
