૧	છે સતશાસ્ત્ર સર્વોત્તમ ગ્રંથ, વાચન કાજે પ્રિય અત્યંત;
	જો નિત્ય ભાવ થકી વંચાય, તો સર્વ કાર્યો સાર્થક થાય.
૨	રત્ન જેવાં બહુ કિંમતવાન સઘળાં તેનાં વચનો જાણ;
	નિત્ય ચહીને તું ધર હાથ, જીવન સુખદ થાશે ભ્રાત.
૩	મારગ કાજ મશાલ સમાન પાય ચલાવા દીપક જાણ;
	તિમિરમાંય બતાવી નૂર, જોખમ ને ભય રાખે દૂર.
૪	આરસીમાં જોતાંની સાથ સામું બિંબ પડે સાક્ષાત;
	એમ જ શાસ્ત્ર અરીસામાંય આખું જીવન ચિત્ર જણાય.
૫	છે સતશાસ્ત્ર સદા અણમોલ, ગ્રંથ નથી કો તેને તોલ;
	કારણ, એ શુભ ગ્રંથ જ માંય, ઉત્તમ તારણ માર્ગ જણાય.
૬	છે સતશાસ્ત્ર અમોલખ ગ્રંથ, તે દર્શાવે જીવન અનંત;
	જો તે જીવન લેવા ચહાય, તો શુભ રીતે વાંચ સદાય.

4	Aaraseema jotaani saath saamu bimb pade saakshaat;
	Em ja shaastra areesaamaay aakhu jeevan chitra janaay.
5	Chhe satshaastra sada anamol, granth nathi ko tene tol;
	Kaaran, e shubh granth ja maay, uttam taarahn maarg janaay.
6	Chhe satshaastra amolakh granth, te darshaave jeevan anant;
	Jo te jeevan leva chahaay, to shubh reete vaanch sadaay.

	Daily desiring it, hold it in your hand, life will become pleasant, brother.
3	For the path it is like a torch, know it as a lamp to guide the feet;
	Even in darkness it shows light, and keeps danger and fear far away.
4	As when looking in a mirror, the image appears directly before you;
	So also in the mirror of Scripture, the whole picture of life is seen.
5	The Holy Scripture is forever priceless, no book can equal it;
	For in that blessed book alone, the excellent way of salvation is shown.
6	The Holy Scripture is a priceless book, it shows eternal life;
