૨	ખ્રિસ્ત રાજ ખરો, રાજધારા ધરો, શુદ્ધ ઝાલી ધ્વજા, સર્વ હર્ખો પ્રજા;
	ખ્રિસ્ત થાઈ ધણી શક્તિ આપે ઘણી, દાસને પાળશે, શત્રુને ખાળશે.
૩	ખ્રિસ્ત કિલ્લો ખરો, ભક્ત, તો મા ડરો, શત્રુ આવી રખે, માંહ્ય પેસી શકે;
	શત્રુ ઘેરા કરે, ઉચ્ચ મોરચા ધરે, બૂમ પાડે ઘણી, દેન શત્રુ તણી.
૪	યુક્તિથી જો લડે પાછા પડે, ભક્ત નિર્ભે રહે, જીત પૂરી લહે;
	શત્રુ શેતાનથી, ક્રૂરના બાણથી, ખ્રિસ્ત તો ઢાલ છે, શૂર ભૂપાલ છે.
૫	ખ્રિસ્તથી બુદ્ધિ છે, ખ્રિસ્તથી શુદ્ધિ છે, બોધ પામી નમો, શુદ્ધ થાઓ તમો;
	ખ્રિસ્તશિક્ષા ખમી, ખ્રિસ્ત પાયે નમી, શુદ્ધ કામો કરો, સ્વર્ગ આશા ધરો.

	He Himself died, bore the blow upon my head, became the Savior of the world, went to the highest abode.
2	Christ is the true King, hold the royal stream, raise the pure banner, all you people rejoice;
	Christ becoming the Master gives great strength, He will sustain the servant, He will destroy the enemy.
3	Christ is the true fortress, devotee, then do not fear, though the enemy comes and stays, he cannot enter within;
	The enemy makes sieges, sets high battle lines, shouts loudly, such is the enemy's gift.
4	If he fights with cunning he falls back, the devotee remains fearless, receives complete victory;
	From the enemy Satan, from the arrows of the cruel one, Christ is a shield, He is the brave sovereign.
5	From Christ is wisdom, from Christ is purity, having received understanding bow down, become pure, you all;
	Endure Christ's teaching, bow at Christ's feet, do pure works, hold the hope of heaven.
