૧	વચનો પ્રભુનાં શાસ્ત્રમાં જે જે લખેલાં છે બધાં;
	પૂરાં થયાં છે ને થવાનાં, ના થશે મિથ્યા કદા.
	આશાભર્યા દિલના ઉમળકા એ જ વચનોથી ફળે;
	બેચેન દિલડાંની બીમારી એ જ વચનોથી ટલે.
૨	અંધારપંથે દીવડી એ જ્યોતથી ઝગમગ થતી;
	કાળાશ કે તિમિરનું ત્યાં અલ્પબિંદુયે નથી;
	મુજ ચરણ કાજે સર્વદા ઝગતાં રહી જ્યોતિ ધરે;
	શુભ વચન દૈવી સર્વથા જલતાં રહી ચોકી કરે.
૩	જે જે સ્થળે છે એ વચન ત્યાં ત્યાં કનિષ્ઠો ના રહે;
	જે જે હ્રદયમાં એ વચન ત્યાં ત્યાં અનિષ્ટો ના રહે.
	જીવન તણું સુકાન એ આગાહી દે ભય સ્થાનની,
	સ્વર્ગી કનાને દોરીને શાંતિ આપે પ્રભુ-ધામની.

1	The words of the Lord that are written in Scripture, all of them;
	Have been fulfilled and shall be fulfilled, they shall never be false.
	The hopeful stirrings of the heart bear fruit only through those words;
	The sickness of restless hearts is removed only through those words.
2	On the dark path, that lamp shines brightly with its flame;
	There is not even the slightest speck of blackness or darkness there;
	For my feet it always holds forth light, shining continually;
	The blessed divine word keeps burning always and stands watch.
3	Wherever that word is, there the lowly do not remain;
	In whatever heart that word is, there evil things do not remain.
	It gives warning of fearful places, as the helm of life,
	Leading to the heavenly shore, it gives the peace of the Lord's abode.
