૧	બન્યો બાળ નાનો ઈસુ ખ્રિસ્ત ત્રાતા,
	મહા નામ જેનું દૂતો ગીત ગાતા !
	હતો ગૌરવી દેવ જે સ્વર્ગનો તે
	થયો બાળનો મિત્ર એ પૂર્ણ પ્રીતે !
૨	પ્રભુને પિછાને સહુ માટ આવ્યો,
	અને સ્વર્ગથી શુભ સંદેશ લાવ્યો :
	"સહુ બાળ દો આવવા મુજ પાસે,
	નકી રાજ સ્વર્ગી શિશુ કેરું થાશે."
૩	અમે બાળ લાવ્યા, પ્રભુ, તુજ નામે,
	થવા વારિ સંસ્કારના શુભ કામે.
	પ્રભુ, દે કૃપા રક્ષ આ બાળ તારાં,
	અને સ્નાન દે દિવ્ય આત્માથી તારા.
૪	કરે સર્વ બાળો દૂતો જેમ સેવા,
	પ્રભુ રક્ષજે તું તણે માર્ગ રે'વા.
	સહુ બાળને આપ આશિષ સારા,
	ધરી નામ તેઓ તણાં હસ્ત તારા.
૫	સ્તુતિ ગાય પ્રત્યેક આ બાળ તારી,
	સહુ સ્વર્ગનાં સૈન્યની સાથ સારી.
	પિતા, પુત્ર ને આત્મા શુદ્ધ સ્વામી,
	સદા ધન્ય ! ત્રિધન્ય હો ! સ્વર્ગધામી.

	Whose great name the angels sang in song!
	He was the glorious God of heaven,
	He became the children's friend in perfect love!
