૧ હે જગતારક, દેવ ધણી, તુજ પાય નમું છું;
ને મુજ પાપ કબૂલ કરી, તુજ નામ ભજું છું.
૨ હું ગત કાળ તજી સતને ભટકયો ભવરાને;
હું ગત કાળ તજી સતને ફરતો અભિમાને,
૩ હું ગત કાળ છકેલ થઈ સત નામ ન લીધું;
હું ગત કાળ છકેલ થઈ બહુ પાપ જ કીધું.
૪ તો પણ તેં અતિ રહેમ કરી મુજ નાશ ન કીધો;
ને સત ન્યાય કરી મુજને બદલો નહિ દીધો.
૫ જો મુજ કામ કરેલ તણો ઈનસાફ કરે તું;
તો તત્કાળ પડું નરકે, નિર્દોષ ઠરે તું.
