મોત ભયાનક સાથ મહા, મલયુદ્ધ કરી!
ઘોર તજી પ્રભુ ખ્રિસ્ત ઊઠયો, જીત પૂર્ણ વરી!
૨ ગંભીર ઘોરની નીરવતા ટળી કંપ થતાં,
પા'ણ ગયો ગબડી દૂર ત્યાં દૂત ઊતરતાં !
સ્વર્ગ તણાં શુભ દ્વાર ખૂલ્યાં, પ્રભુજી ઊઠતાં !
ધન્ય ખરો દિન! હર્ષ કરો, પ્રભુને ભજતાં.
૩ વ્યર્થ કીધાં ક્રૂર નર્ક અને વળી મોત સદા,
ઉજ્જવલ જીવનની પ્રગટી શુભ જ્યોત સદા!
પુનિત પુનરુત્થાન તણો જય પૂર્ણ થયો,
બંધન સર્વ ગયાં તૂટી આ, રિપુ નષ્ટ થયો.
૪ હે પ્રભુ, સ્તુતિ સદાય થજો તુજ નામ તણી,
માન અમે દઈએ સ્મરતાં, તુજ રે'મ ઘણી.
સાક્ષી થઈ જગતારકના શુભ સર્વ પળે,
વિજય આદિતનો વદિયે, સહુમાં સઘળે.
૫ સ્વર્ગ, ભૂમંડળ સર્વ તમે, જયગાન કરો,
ગિરિ અને જલનિધિ મહા, જયનાદ ઘરો.
સ્તોત્ર કરો, સહુ ખ્રિસ્ત તણાં, શુભ યજ્ઞ થયો,
