૧	How shall I praise the name of love, the works of love?
	It is compassionate, it is gracious, no evil is known in it.
	It always keeps mercy in the mind, in the heart grace makes its dwelling;
	It always holds sweet thoughts, no fault is near it.
૨	It shows mercy, looks for good, and patiently bears evil in spirit;
	It is very patient, loves greatly, and in return says, "All, come."
	It counts all people as kindred and always desires the happiness of all;
	Knowing all to be of one Father, it removes the sorrow of the afflicted.
